EIS has developed a three-step process that begins with a global evaluation of daily operations so as to identify those fields needing improvement. Afterwards, different formative programs will be designed and a thorough working plan implemented following our clients criteria. Finally, post-training survey will take place to make sure the effective application of the adquired skills.
